About a year ago I bought an 8×10 Polaroid processor from a friend of mine. As it turns out, he had a lot of expired but unused film stored as well. Recently he gave it all to me on the condition that I use it!
I had been meaning to try the Impossible Project b/w round frame film for a while. What perfect timing it was that as I prepared for another trip to Oklahoma, a Polaroid SLR 680 showed up at the camera store! I only had one pack of round frame so I wanted to use it for something special instead of just random photos. Lucky for me, my cousin took me to the Museum of Osteology in Oklahoma City.
Sunday, my friend and I went to Joshua Tree National Park to photograph the Lunar Eclipse. Continuing with my current trend in exploring new avenues of photography, rather than take my big telephoto lenses and digital camera for close up lunar photos, I decided to take only my 4×5 rail camera for the night.
